A 3,200km Journey! - Part III

Third part of the trip is the highlight! We are off to Ayers Rock! It's about 6 hours drive from Watarrka National Park towards Uluru. The first sight we caught upon nearing Uluru is something that looks like Ayers Rock! We happily alighted our campervan and took pictures with it. It was only after the trip that I realized that the structure wasn't Ayers Rock. It was Mt. Connor. Hahaha! Thanks to the viewers who viewed my Instagram. They are the ones who corrected me. If not, we'll be so embarrassed telling people that is Ayers Rock. Hahaha!

Street Photography

Downloaded 3 free ebooks from Nikon Passion (I'm a Canon fan by the way!). I've always admired the courage of street photographers for their relentless effort to go up close to strangers and snap their pictures. I'm still in the learning phase, so I do hope I get better by shooting more.

Coffee and people watching

I love having a cup of coffee and watching people walk past. It's like I'm in a different dimension, stationery and weightless. The people walking past are oblivious to my presence, engaging in their private conversations, thoughts, actions and space. The feeling I get is soothing and yet detached at the same time. Isn't life all about balance? Lift and darkness. Yin and yang. Man and woman.
